A final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share (12.50%) was recommended for shareholder approval. The consolidated results include a new subsidiary Chemfab Hiitech Piping Limited incorporated on 28 October 2025.
The company reported a sharp decline in profitability for FY2026 with both standalone and consolidated segments showing lower earnings. The stock may face pressure due to the 51% drop in standalone net profit, though the dividend announcement provides some support. The PVC-O Pipes segment continues to be a drag on performance.
