Chemplast Sanmar's board, at a meeting on March 20, 2026, approved a realignment of responsibilities under which CFO Mr N Muralidharan and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Mr M Raman will step down effective March 31, 2026. Mr A R Balaji, currently heading the Treasury function at The Sanmar Group with around 40 years of corporate finance experience, will take over as CFO from April 1, 2026. Mr P Srinivasan, who has been with the company since October 2021 as Senior Vice President – Secretarial and was earlier Company Secretary at TVS Srichakra, will take over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from the same date. Managing Director Mr S Ganeshkumar continues in his role, and the new KMPs have also been authorised under SEBI Listing Regulations for determining materiality of disclosures to stock exchanges.
This is an internal management realignment with no change at the top leadership level, so it is unlikely to materially affect the stock. The incoming CFO is a long-tenured Sanmar Group insider, suggesting continuity rather than a strategic shift.
