Board of Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital has reconstituted its Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee via a circular resolution dated October 14, 2026. This follows the cessation of certain directors from the Board and committee positions upon conclusion of the 36th AGM held on September 30, 2026. Audit Committee is now led by Mr R.V. Ramanuja Bharathi as Chairman, with Mrs Shama Dhilip and Mrs Jayanthi Radhakrishnan as members. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee is chaired by Mr Akash Prabhakar, with Mr Bharathi and Mrs Dhilip as members. The move ensures continued compliance with Sections 177 and 178 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI LODR Regulations 18 and 20.
Routine governance reshuffle to maintain committee composition and regulatory compliance after AGM; no material impact on operations or shareholders expected.
