CleanMax has signed a hybrid renewable energy supply agreement with Sangam India Limited, a major integrated textile manufacturer based in Rajasthan, to deliver 30 MWp of solar and 20 MW of wind power backed by a 2 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The power will serve five of Sangam's textile facilities in Rajasthan under an intra-state group captive structure. CleanMax's total contracted capacity stands at ~5.7 GW, with ~3.1 GW commissioned as of March 31, 2026. Rajasthan contributes 525 MW of operational capacity. The project aligns with Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission's Green Energy Open Access Regulations, 2025.
This partnership reinforces CleanMax's position as a leading C&I renewable energy provider and expands its customer base in the textile sector. The long-term power supply agreement represents incremental revenue visibility, though the exact financial terms are undisclosed.
