On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.3 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2025. Price Waterhouse reported no material issue in its review. Shareholders will vote on two new independent directors, Raj Kamal and Pallavi Gokhale, Keval Doshi's second five-year term, and Madhu Dubhashi's continuation until 19 February 2026 after turning 75. From 1 April 2026, Siddhartha Sikchi is proposed as managing director and Ashok Boob as executive vice chairman.
The results and planned management succession support continuity, but the stock reaction will depend on performance and shareholder approval.
