Clean Science and Technology's wholly owned subsidiary Clean Fino-Chem has commenced commercial production of Hydroquinone (HQ) and Catechol on December 18, 2025. The company becomes a key domestic manufacturer, replacing imports. Hydroquinone production strengthens the performance segment, enables cross-selling with MEHQ customers and enhances TBHQ market share. Catechol will be captively consumed for Guaiacol and Veratrole production. The move underscores in-house R&D and project engineering capabilities.
Capacity addition via subsidiary may lift revenue and margins through import substitution and cross-selling with existing products.
