The board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 232.93 crore from Rs 221.39 crore, but profit after tax fell to Rs 55.35 crore from Rs 61.64 crore. Half-year revenue was Rs 440.04 crore and profit after tax Rs 128.64 crore, versus Rs 431.22 crore and Rs 141.21 crore. Pre-tax profit rose; the limited review found no material issue.
Operating margins improved, but higher taxes left profit after tax down about 10% for the quarter and 9% for six months; sentiment may be mixed.
