On the reaction day the stock moved 4.3 pts less than Nifty Midcap 150 and 4.0 pts less than its Computers - Software & Consulting peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

In the NCLT-convened meeting on December 6, 2025, all 24 unsecured creditors of Coforge unanimously voted in favor of the scheme to merge Cigniti Technologies into Coforge. Total unsecured debt voted was about Rs 241 crore. Zero votes were cast against and there were no invalid votes. This is a key milestone in the regulatory approval process for the amalgamation filed under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act.
Positive - removes a major creditor-side hurdle for the Cigniti merger. Further NCLT and regulatory approvals still needed before deal closure.
