Cohance Lifesciences announced two transactions totalling USD 18 million to strengthen its Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) strategy. It will invest USD 13 million to raise its stake in NJ Bio from 56 percent to 67.3 percent by buying out minority holders. Both deals are funded through internal accruals and are expected to close by end of September 2026, subject to approvals.
