The name change is the final step of a Scheme of Amalgamation, approved by the NCLT Mumbai bench on March 27, 2025, under which Cohance Lifesciences Limited (the transferor company) was merged into Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited (the transferee company). The existing BSE scrip code (543064) and NSE symbol (SUVENPHAR) currently remain the same, though the stock symbol is likely to be revised later.
