Company Secretary Yatendra Kumar resigns; resignation letter submitted

Citurgia Biochemicals has submitted the resignation letter of Mr Yatendra Kumar (ACS-27994), Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, who stepped down from close of business on 24 July 2026 to pursue opportunities outside the company. The company had filed the original intimation on 24 July but had inadvertently omitted attaching the resignation letter, and is now rectifying that lapse by submitting Annexure 2 to BSE along with reasons for the earlier omission.
