Concord Enviro Systems reported a weak Q3 FY26 with standalone revenue of Rs 133.35 million (flat vs prior quarter) swinging to a loss of Rs 4.20 million from a Rs 10.21 million profit in Q2 FY26, hit by a Rs 3.90 million exceptional charge from new Labour Codes. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose slightly to Rs 1,245.75 million but the company posted a net loss of Rs 81.77 million versus a Rs 44.91 million profit in Q2, burdened by a Rs 51.75 million Labour Codes exceptional item and losses from a discontinued subsidiary. Nine-month consolidated net profit collapsed to just Rs 4.33 million from Rs 43.62 million a year earlier. Of the Rs 175 crore raised in the December 2024 IPO, only Rs 90.83 crore has been deployed with Rs 71.25 crore still parked in bank deposits, though the company says there is no deviation from stated objects. Separately, the board elevated Mr. Anish Goel, already Group CFO since June 2025, to Chief Financial Officer of the listed entity effective February 12, 2026. He is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience across Disney Star, Netflix India, Tata Steel, and Olam International.
The CFO elevation is a positive continuity move given Anish Goel's strong pedigree, but the weak Q3 print — driven by Labour Codes impact and discontinued operations losses — may pressure the stock in the near term. Investors should watch whether the consolidated business can recover margins and deploy the remaining Rs 71 crore of IPO funds meaningfully to justify growth expectations.
