Concord Enviro Systems has informed the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited (RSSPL), has completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Pathak Utility Private Limited (PUPL). The deal was done for a cash consideration of Rs. 1.01 crore, covering 10,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. PUPL, incorporated in February 2024, operates in the water and wastewater management industry with a focus on operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of water treatment plants. It reported a turnover of Rs. 12.31 crore and a net profit of Rs. 2.04 lakh for FY25. With this acquisition, PUPL becomes a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems, strengthening RSSPL's presence in the third-party O&M water treatment business.
The acquisition expands Concord Enviro's footprint in the water treatment O&M segment through its subsidiary. While the deal size is small (Rs. 1.01 crore), it adds operational scale and a new revenue stream. No open offer is triggered, and there is no related party concern.
