34th AGM voting results - both resolutions passed unanimously

Constronics Infra Limited held its 34th AGM on 30 September 2026 via video conferencing. Two ordinary resolutions were put to vote. Resolution 1 was adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended 31 March 2026. Resolution 2 was reappointment of Ms. Sharmila Thirumalaisamy as director retiring by rotation. Out of 3,912 shareholders on record date, 23 shareholders attended via VC. Total 29,04,108 votes were polled (about 23.18 percent of outstanding shares) with 100 percent approval on both resolutions (only 1 vote against each). Both resolutions passed with overwhelming majority.
