Standalone quarter ended 30 September 2026: revenue from operations was Rs 3,139 lakh, up 24.1% from Rs 2,530 lakh a year earlier; profit after tax was Rs 69 lakh versus a loss of Rs 57 lakh. Operating earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose from Rs 113 lakh to Rs 197 lakh, lifting margin to 6.3% from 4.5%. Debt-to-equity was 2.8. Promoters conditionally waived Rs 88 lakh of loan interest.
Revenue growth and a profit swing may support the share price; the interest waiver helps cash flow, but debt-to-equity near 2.8 remains a risk.
