Creative Eye Limited board on Aug 3, 2026 approved multiple changes: re-appointment of Ms. Zuby Kochhar (mother of Managing Director) as Whole Time Director for 3 years; regularization of Mr. Praful Shah as Independent Director; appointment of Ms. Asha Choudhary as Independent Director for 5 years. Three directors resigned citing personal reasons: Charuhas Patil (Independent), Sanjay Rane (Non-Executive), and Sachin Devare (Executive). Mr. Manoj Kalgutkar appointed as new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. EOGM scheduled for Aug 25, 2026.
