Credo Brands Marketing (Mufti Jeans) reported FY25 standalone revenue from operations of ₹6,181.8 million, up about 9% from ₹5,673.3 million in FY24. Net profit for FY25 stood at ₹684.1 million versus ₹591.6 million, a growth of roughly 15.6%, with basic EPS rising to ₹10.54 from ₹9.20. Q4 FY25 was particularly strong, with revenue of ₹1,532.1 million and PAT of ₹138.3 million, nearly doubling from ₹70.3 million in Q4 FY24. The board recommended a dividend of ₹3.00 per share (150% on face value of ₹2), re-appointed Mr. Amer Jaleel as Independent Director for a second five-year term, and appointed M/s. Siroya and BA Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY26–FY30. Statutory auditors MSKC & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Positive for shareholders — steady revenue and profit growth, a healthy 150% dividend declaration, and a clean audit opinion are supportive signals. The near-doubling of Q4 profit and strong operating cash flow of ₹1,591 million point to improving business momentum, which may be viewed favourably by the market.
