Credo Brands (MUFTI) reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 146.13 crore vs Rs 155.52 crore in Q3 FY25, a decline of about 6 percent. Nine month revenue fell to Rs 429.80 crore from Rs 464.97 crore. Net profit dropped to Rs 7.02 crore in Q3 from Rs 18.35 crore, and to Rs 32.19 crore for nine months from Rs 54.58 crore. An exceptional charge of Rs 1.40 crore was booked as past service cost on implementation of new Labour Codes. PBT margins compressed meaningfully YoY even excluding the one-time charge.
Sharp profit drop and weak operating margins are a concern. Labour code impact is one-time, but underlying earnings pressure may weigh on the stock.
