Crest Ventures board approved a draft Scheme to demerge its Financial Services Business into Crest Capital and Investment Limited (CCIL). Share ratio: 1 CCIL share for every 2 Crest Ventures shares. Demerged unit turnover was INR 2,857.78 lakhs in FY25, about 16.49 percent of consolidated H1 FY26 turnover. CCIL will seek BSE and NSE listing. Scheme needs shareholder, creditor, SEBI, RBI, and NCLT approvals. No change in Crest Ventures shareholding.
Eligible shareholders will get CCIL shares (1 per 2 held). Multiple approvals needed. Aims to unlock value with a focused Financial Services entity.
