Crizac Limited's wholly owned UK subsidiary Crizac Ltd acquired 51% of Studies Planet.Com Limited, an international student recruitment firm, for cash. Completion is expected by March 31, 2026, while the price remains undisclosed. The target reported turnover of £138,613 and a net loss of £26,337 for the year ended September 30, 2024. Crizac says the deal will support expansion in South America.
Adds majority control and a South American growth platform, but the undisclosed price, cash funding and target loss create execution and valuation risk for shareholders.
