CSL Finance resubmitted its audited financial results for FY25 in the required machine-readable format after NSE flagged the earlier May 23, 2025 submission as non-compliant. For FY25, the company reported total income of Rs 216.04 crore, up about 30% from Rs 166.58 crore in FY24. Profit after tax grew to Rs 72.09 crore from Rs 63.36 crore, a rise of roughly 14%. The loan book expanded to Rs 1,144 crore (from Rs 909 crore) while borrowings rose to Rs 695 crore (from Rs 503 crore). The board has recommended a 30% dividend (Rs 3 per equity share on Rs 10 face value), subject to shareholder approval. Auditor S.P. Chopra & Co. issued an unqualified (clean) opinion on the results.
This is essentially a reformatting exercise with no change in reported numbers, so it should not cause any price movement on its own. The underlying results are positive: strong revenue growth, healthy PAT expansion, and a healthy dividend payout are supportive for shareholders.
