CSL Finance, an NBFC focused on SME lending, reported strong Q3 FY26 results. Total revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 stood at ₹6,416.30 lacs, up about 20% from ₹5,339.16 lacs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, total revenue from operations rose to ₹18,727.53 lacs from ₹15,853.52 lacs, an increase of around 18%. Profit after tax for Q3 grew to ₹2,092.08 lacs (from ₹1,677.40 lacs) and for 9M rose to ₹6,669.39 lacs (from ₹5,311.64 lacs), translating to a PAT growth of roughly 25% in both periods. Basic EPS for 9M FY26 stood at ₹31.64. The board also approved a change in internal auditor — M/s R. Mahajan & Associates stepped down as Internal Auditor and Mr. Ayuush Mittaal (currently President – Internal Audit) was appointed as the new Internal Auditor, with the outgoing firm continuing as consultants.
