CSL Finance posted Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 63.7 cr, up about 18 percent YoY. Profit after tax jumped 37 percent to Rs 24.5 cr from Rs 17.9 cr a year ago. H1 FY26 PAT rose 26 percent to Rs 45.8 cr against Rs 36.3 cr. Loan book stood at around Rs 1,272 cr versus Rs 1,025 cr last year. Board also approved new ESOP 2025 via trust route and decided to wind up the older 2016 scheme, with existing grants continuing.
Strong quarterly earnings growth signals healthy loan book expansion and profitability; new ESOP may lead to some dilution for existing shareholders over time.
