Cube Highways Trust 3rd Annual Meeting Notice and FY26 Annual Report

FY26 highlights: AUM INR 368.42 billion, consolidated income INR 43.59 billion, traffic growth 8.1 percent, toll revenue up 10.6 percent. DPU at INR 13.77, highest since listing. NAV rose from INR 100 to INR 145.77 per unit, IRR of 23.63 percent over 3 years. Two annuity assets acquired from NIIF for INR 41.85 billion.
