The Board of Cubical Financial Services Ltd approved its audited financial results for Q4 and the full year ended 31 March 2026. Total revenue dropped significantly to Rs. 130.59 Lacs from Rs. 241.99 Lacs in the prior year, a decline of about 46%, driven mainly by a sharp fall in share sale income (from Rs. 136.41 Lacs to Rs. 19.02 Lacs) and lower interest income. Total expenses also fell to Rs. 98.44 Lacs from Rs. 174.17 Lacs. Net Profit After Tax came in at Rs. 17.43 Lacs versus Rs. 37.54 Lacs in the previous year, a decline of approximately 54%. EPS declined from Rs. 0.06 to Rs. 0.03 per share. Cash and cash equivalents improved to Rs. 103.76 Lacs (from Rs. 23.77 Lacs), and reserves stood at Rs. 224.08 Lacs. The auditors, Krishan Rakesh & Co., issued an unmodified opinion with no going concern or other qualifications.
The sharp revenue contraction, primarily from reduced trading/investment income, has significantly impacted profitability, halving the net profit year-on-year. While cash position is strong, the top-line decline raises concerns about business sustainability unless new revenue sources emerge.
