On the reaction day the stock moved 4.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.6 pts more than its Personal Care peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Cupid Limited's board, at its meeting on December 29, 2025, gave in-principle approval for setting up a new FMCG manufacturing facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The plant aims to support FMCG expansion, improve regional supply capabilities, speed-to-market and product availability, and strengthen market penetration in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. The project will be funded through internal accruals and is subject to customary evaluations and regulatory and statutory approvals.
Positive long-term growth signal from GCC expansion, but project still needs regulatory approvals and execution before benefits materialise.
