Cybertech's board approved its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) financial results. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was Rs. 58.19 crore (up marginally from Rs. 57.88 crore in Q1 FY25), while net profit rose about 11% to Rs. 8.17 crore from Rs. 7.36 crore a year earlier. Standalone performance was weaker, with net profit declining to Rs. 4.81 crore from Rs. 5.31 crore. Separately, the board approved a USD 5 million (around Rs. 42 crore) investment into its wholly owned US subsidiary to set up a partnership with Microsoft and Esri for building and scaling Azure ArcGIS Geospatial Cloud solutions. The investment will be funded from proceeds of a preferential allotment earlier approved by shareholders in November 2023.
Short-term, the consolidated results are modestly positive with profit growth despite flat revenue. The bigger positive is the strategic Microsoft-Esri partnership, which could open a new high-growth revenue stream in geospatial cloud services, though actual benefits will depend on execution over the next few quarters.
