Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Global CEO and whole-time director Mohit Malhotra will step down on November 13, 2026 for an overseas role. Herjit Singh Bhalla, CEO-India Business, will join the board for five years from November 14, pending shareholder approval. Gopal Krishna Jain is proposed as an independent director for two years from December 31. Compliance Officer Ashok Kumar Jain retires November 30, and CFO Ankush Jain will handle compliance from December 1.
The chief executive's exit may weigh on the stock, but an internal successor and unchanged finance leadership support continuity.
