On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts less than its Sugar peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Dalmia Bharat Sugar's step-down subsidiary EATL has signed a $87.5M term loan facility with CRDB Bank to fund a 3500 TCD sugar plant and 20 MW co-gen facility in Tanzania (total project cost $132M). DBSIL will back 51 percent of principal via a standby letter of credit as collateral. The loan is for 10 years at floating rate.
Progress on overseas expansion. Contingent liability via SBLC; project execution and currency risks remain.
