Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Dalmia Bharat posted Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 3,890 cr (up about 7% year on year) but profit dropped to Rs 192 cr from Rs 395 cr year on year, hurt by Rs 177 cr one-time acquisition cost. Subsidiary DCBL completed the Rs 2,850 cr purchase of Jaiprakash Associates cement business, adding 5.2 MnTPA capacity. CFO Dharmender Tuteja retires on July 31; Yatin Malhotra (currently CFO of subsidiary DCBL) takes over from August 1.
Profit dip is one-time acquisition cost, not operations. Rs 2,850 cr deal adds 5.2 MnTPA capacity. Smooth internal CFO transition.
