AGM voting results: all 10 resolutions passed with over 94 percent majority

Davangere Sugar Company held its 55th AGM on September 12, 2026. All 10 resolutions were passed. Highlights: adoption of FY26 audited financials (99.96 percent in favour), re-appointment of director Abhijith Ganesh Shamanur (99.96 percent), re-appointment of statutory auditors D G M S and Co for 5 years (99.96 percent), increase in authorised share capital (99.92 percent), preferential issue of convertible warrants to promoter (99.76 percent), and material related party transactions (94.42 percent).
