For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, consolidated revenue rose 21% to ₹4,150.79 crore, but net profit fell 34% to ₹104.84 crore; earnings per share was ₹6.72. The board declared a ₹4 interim dividend totaling ₹62.38 crore. It approved up to ₹50 crore for the Shriram Teknor joint venture's ₹133 crore expansion, plus ₹60 crore for cement filter presses, ₹145 crore for solar power and ₹120 crore for extra electrolyser capacity.
Sales growth and the dividend are positive, but lower profit and planned spending may pressure near-term cash flow. Efficiency gains could aid growth.
