On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.0 pts less than its Petrochemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The Ahmedabad court has directed virtual meetings on November 15, 2025 to approve the amalgamation of Dhrangadhara Trading Company and Sahu Brothers into DCW. Shareholders vote at noon, secured creditors at 2:30 pm and unsecured creditors at 3:30 pm. Remote voting runs from November 12 to 14, with a November 8 record date. Approval needs 75 percent of votes by value and more public shareholder support than opposition, followed by court approval.
The merger is not yet effective. Shareholders can vote from November 12 to 14; the November 15 result may move the stock, but court approval is still needed.
