On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Petrochemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
DCW has allotted 5,37,40,360 equity shares (face value Rs.2) to shareholders of Dhrangadhara Trading Company (12,80,500 shares) and Sahu Brothers (5,24,59,860 shares) following NCLT Ahmedabad approval of the amalgamation scheme on January 22, 2026. Paid-up capital rises to about Rs.59.03 crore across 29,51,55,017 shares. New shares will rank equally with existing ones and are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
Share capital expands by about 22 percent, which may dilute existing shareholders; new shares to list soon on both exchanges.
