Progrex Ventures Ltd informed BSE that two directors — Ms. Alpa Nikhil Dhami and Ms. Shilpa Ajay Bhatia — have ceased to be directors with immediate effect from December 8, 2025. Both were appointed as Additional Directors on August 28, 2025, but their appointments could not be regularised at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025. The Board therefore decided not to recommend their regularisation and passed a resolution confirming their cessation. A certified copy of the Board resolution has been shared with the exchange.
