Delaplex Software Limited, the UK-based wholly owned subsidiary of Delaplex Limited, has fully acquired Bisham Limited (purchase consideration up to GBP 400,000) and Bisham Consulting Limited (GBP 2). Both targets are UK firms in supply chain and warehouse management system consulting with turnover under GBP 1 million. The all-cash deal is already completed and aims to expand Delaplex's global presence and consulting capabilities. Promoters have no interest in the acquired entities.
