The board accepted the resignation of Mr. Yash Gurnani as Non-Executive Independent Director effective July 1, 2026 due to personal commitments. Mr. Shailesh K. Naik was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Naik brings over a decade of experience in urban infrastructure, utility management and municipal administration, and was formerly Director (Commercial) at Vadodara Gas Limited. Board committees were reconstituted. Naik is not related to any existing director or KMP.
