Desi Farms acquires SNA Milk and DFSU via share swap worth Rs 49.36 Cr

Desi Farms India acquired 73.66% in SNA Milk and Milk Products and 62.67% in DFSU Farmer Connect via share swap worth about Rs 49.36 Cr. Board approved 36,56,494 5% compulsorily convertible debentures to target shareholders. SNA makes dairy products with FY25 turnover of Rs 33.74 Cr, up from Rs 20.12 Cr in FY24. DFSU makes ice cream and snacks. This is a related party deal as promoter Sunil Kumar Shahi holds stakes in targets. Company working toward 100% acquisition.
