For the consolidated quarter ended September 30, 2026, revenue rose 29.1% to Rs 6,262.57 lakh from Rs 4,850.64 lakh a year earlier, while profit after tax was Rs 273.75 lakh versus Rs 7,187.66 lakh. The prior-year profit included a Rs 9,354.64 lakh exceptional gain. The margin on operating earnings before interest, depreciation and tax improved to 7.60% from 6.48%. Prior-period figures were reclassified and regrouped for comparison.
Revenue growth and margin improvement help, but profit fell as the year-ago quarter had an exceptional gain. Recurring earnings are now the key focus.
