Devyani International reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 14,409 million, up 11.3% year on year. Nine month revenue rose 11.7% to Rs 41,746 million. However, the company swung to a loss of Rs 110 million in Q3 and Rs 327 million for 9M FY26, versus a profit of Rs 99 million a year ago, hit by exceptional items of Rs 215 million from Labour Codes impact and a lease dispute payment. Standalone revenue was Rs 9,062 million with a loss of Rs 123 million.
Loss on exceptional items may pressure sentiment, though strong revenue growth and the pending Sapphire Foods merger are positive for the medium term.
