On the reaction day the stock moved 6.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
DBO signed a Technology Licensing Agreement with Swiss firm Planetary SA for exclusive Mycoprotein production in India. DBO will manufacture and supply while Planetary provides the technology and acts as off-taker. The parties will also set up a Joint Venture Company for commercialisation. DBO pays 10 percent royalty on after-tax revenue plus one-time launch, engineering and IT setup fees. The deal runs 10 years and is not a related party transaction. Sugar and molasses from existing operations will be used as feedstock.
Opens a new revenue stream beyond sugar using existing feedstock, but royalty and launch costs may pressure near-term margins. Watch JV execution.
