Dhansafal Finserve had allotted 8.66 crore convertible warrants at Rs 4.31 each on a preferential basis in April 2025. Of these, 4.97 crore warrants were converted into equity shares. The remaining 3.69 crore warrants were not exercised by the October 1, 2026 deadline, so the conversion right has lapsed and the upfront amount of about Rs 3.98 crore stands forfeited to the company. There is no change in paid-up equity capital and potential dilution has reduced.
No equity dilution from 3.69 crore lapsed warrants; Rs 3.98 crore forfeited to company, mild positive for existing shareholders as expected dilution is lower.
