Dhansafal Finserve Ltd has converted 1,25,00,000 (1.25 crore) share warrants into an equal number of equity shares of face value Re. 1 each through preferential allotment. The conversion was done by a single investor, Luharuka Exports Private Limited, at an issue price of Rs. 4.31 per share. The company received the remaining 75% of the consideration, amounting to Rs. 4.04 crore (at Rs. 3.2325 per warrant), on March 30, 2026. Following this conversion, the paid-up equity capital of the company rose from Rs. 21.46 crore to Rs. 22.71 crore, and Luharuka Exports' shareholding increased to 20.13% of the post-conversion total.
Existing shareholders face mild equity dilution as the share count rises by about 5.8%, while the Luharuka Exports group consolidates its position to over 20% of the company. The Rs. 4.04 crore inflow strengthens the company's capital base, though the small size of the issuance is unlikely to move the stock price materially.
