Dharan Infra Solar Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a supply agreement with Skymax Infrapower Limited. It will design, supply, install, test and commission a 75 MW AC (95.10 MWp DC) grid-interactive solar project across nine sites in Nanded, Maharashtra. The contract is valued at about Rs 215 crore and is expected to be completed in phases during FY 2025-26 and FY 2026-27.
The agreement adds a sizable order and may improve future revenue and business visibility, but execution and commissioning remain ahead.
