AGM 2026: All 6 resolutions passed, including related party deals up to Rs 20 Cr

Dhruv Consultancy Services held its 23rd AGM on September 24, 2026. All 6 ordinary resolutions were passed by shareholders via e-voting. Key items include adoption of FY26 audited financial statements (99.95% in favour), re-appointment of MD Tanvi Auti as director (98.53%), and approval of related party transactions with Samarth Softech Solutions (up to Rs 20 Cr), Innovision Infrasol (Rs 10 Cr), Innovision Studios (Rs 10 Cr), and Mr Atharva Dandawate (Rs 25 Lakhs) for FY27.
