On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 was Rs 1,356.95 lakh, versus Rs 23,630.35 lakh for the quarter ended 30 September 2025; profit after tax was Rs 1,821.59 lakh versus Rs 2,115.69 lakh. The quarter had Rs 494.62 lakh of exceptional profit from the Balian Tea Estate sale. Consolidated half-year operating cash flow was positive. Malawi inflation restatement caused a non-cash Rs 751 lakh half-year loss.
Revenue fell 94 percent and profit slipped, weighing on the stock. The exceptional gain may not recur; cash flow helps, but a Malawi fire adds risk.
