DACL's wholly owned subsidiary DACL Fine Chem Limited received a Consent to Establish (CTE) order from the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board on October 15, 2026. The CTE permits setting up a new manufacturing plant for Specialty Amines and Chemicals at Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh. The approval is valid for 7 years until October 14, 2033. This is the primary permission needed to build and start up the new production facility.
Positive step toward greenfield expansion via subsidiary; new plant could drive future revenue growth once operational.
