On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
DBL received letters of acceptance through two joint ventures for a Rs 2,905 crore Rajasthan Water Grid project on a hybrid annuity model and a Rs 1,115.37 crore Kerala industrial corridor project on an EPC basis. Completion periods are 27 and 42 months. The water project includes 20 years of operation and maintenance. The first value includes GST; the second excludes it. Insider trading is closed until 48 hours after public disclosure.
Positive for the order book and future revenue visibility, but earnings will depend on execution costs, funding and profit sharing with joint venture partners.
