Dilip Buildcon has been declared successful L-1 bidder by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam for setting up 1,363.55 MW AC grid-connected solar power plants under PM KUSUM-C Feeder Solarization. The company will secure an EPC opportunity of about Rs. 4,900 crores (excluding GST) to be executed over 18 months. Power will be sold to MPPMCL under a 25-year PPA. Project will be implemented through multiple SPVs. Domestic order, not a related party transaction.
Adds a large Rs. 4,900 cr order to DBL's book, lifting revenue visibility for the next 18 months and strengthening solar EPC mix.
