Dilip Buildcon, through its DBL-RAMKY Consortium, has been declared the L-1 (lowest) bidder for a major water infrastructure project in Rajasthan valued at Rs. 2,952 crores (including GST). The project involves construction of a feeder from Isarda to Khura Chainpura to Bandh Baretha Bharatpur, including all components, along with 20 years of operation and maintenance. It will be executed on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) over a 27-month construction period. The order has been awarded by the Rajasthan Water Grid Corporation Limited, a domestic government entity. The trading window for insiders has been closed in line with insider trading regulations.
This is a significant order win for Dilip Buildcon, likely representing a sizeable share of its annual revenue, which should positively support its order book and revenue visibility over the next 2-3 years. HAM projects typically offer stable cash flows with lower execution risk, which is favorable for shareholders.
